Inspired by Royals such as Queen Elizabeth I, we have designed a truly innovative and artistic garment: a balaclava with an eighteenth-century ruff, the Ruler!

The design of the Ruler emphasizes the features of great contemporaneity and versatility.

The body of the hat is a balaclava (balaclava, ear flaps). Like an ellipse, very rich workmanship in bouclé and hand-sewn crystals surrounds, wrapping around the neck, passing under the chin and rising to the nape of the neck. This oblique round that follows the lateral profile of the chin & nape of the neck, allows the workmanship to always be beyond the neck of the outerwear of the woman who wears it.

Despite its industriousness and features, the “Ruler” headdress doesn’t take up much space in the wardrobe.

Fit it into a medium bag to always carry it with you and have it available, when needed. It was designed for dynamic, urban and daily use, despite its sparkling look. With a monochrome or two-tone headdress, you can choose your combination of the colours, select your favourite colour from our palette according to your colour scheme, if you want to! Austere and determined, wear the “Ruler” with oversized coats, unstructured overcoats with a singular cut, but also garments with a sinuous and shaped line with interesting details, do not disdain coats of fabric and masculine cut. It will also impress when paired with a leather or denim jacket to express its rock-style character. 

“Ruler”, with an original design, is to be worn with ironic good humor, swagger and class: a feeling of luxury and uniqueness will pervade you.

INFO AND ADVICE:

• To facilitate the composition of the creation that will be made especially for you, the series of photos also offers a technical sheet of the hat and the colours available for the season.
• The item is worked entirely with needles and crochet, crystals are sewn with needle and thread, added by hand, one at a time.
• 70% wool + 30% acrylic (chosen to give structure and longevity of the garment)

• Take care of this creation. The garment will not be damaged and will last a long time if hand washed in cold water with mild soap or shampoo.
• Do not squeeze it hard during and after washing. After washing, give it its original shape with the help of paper or cotton. Let it dry outdoors but not in the sun.
• Tumble drying is not recommended.
• If necessary, regenerate the yarn with steam, at a precautionary distance.
• Possible slight imperfections are natural in the handmade garment.
